Our mission at Health Independence Community Services and Economic Development (HICSED) is dedicated to building strong, healthy, and self-sufficient communities by empowering youth, young adults, and elders through education, leadership development, wellness, and economic opportunity. We connect families with the tools and resources they need to thrive—academically, emotionally, and physically—creating pathways to lifelong independence and generational success.
We aim to address social issues, promote inclusivity, and build a strong, united community.
